Head Chef David Vasquez and the entire Food and Beverage staff at Columbia Lakes are always cooking up new recipes and specials for the Brazos Room, featuring savory Southwestern fare for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

An expanded menu with new steak and seafood entrees, along with David's personal specialties, await your palate. Try us on Sunday's for our brunch from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., where the feature entrée is carved prime rib.

The 50, 345 square foot clubhouse at Columbia Lakes offers 15,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes nine dining rooms, seating anywhere from 60 - 400 people.

Guests have the option of formal or informal dining, and delicious box lunches can be arranged for golfers on the go. The American and continental cuisine offered at Columbia Lake's colonial-style clubhouse are legendary.
