Cottage Suites
Standard Four Bedroom Cottage Suite
Each bedroom in the four-bedroom Cottage Suite has a private entrance, two queen sized beds, study desk with chair, armchair, television and a private bath. The bedrooms in this type of cottage are considerably larger than a standard hotel room. Each bedroom opens to a common living area and wet-bar. Each bedroom may be locked off from the living area and sold separately.
Standard Two Bedroom Cottage Suite
Each bedroom in this two-bedroom Cottage Suite has a private entrance, two full sized beds, a study desk and chair, television and a private bath. The bedrooms open to a common living area and kitchenette. The living area has a sofa, loveseat, small dining table with 2 chairs, a television, sliding patio glass doors, a mini-refrigerator and microwave. One bedroom will lock off from the living area and so each bedroom may be reserved separately.
Standard King Cottage Suite
This two bedroom cottage has only one entrance that opens to a central living area and kitchenette. One bedroom has a king bed, study desk with chair, armchair, television, a large dressing area and a full bath. The other bedroom has 2 double beds, study desk with chair, television, a smaller dressing area and a shower. A sofa, loveseat, small dining table with 2 chairs, sliding patio glass doors, a mini-refrigerator and microwave are in each living/kitchen area. Because this type does not have a private entrance to each bedroom, both rooms must be reserved by the same party.
Executive Cottage Suites
The floorplans for the Executive Cottage Suites are the same as the Standard Cottage Suites. The only difference is that these Suites have been completely renovated. New laminate hardwood, carpet or tile flooring has been installed along with granite countertops. All new bath and bar fixtures, refrigerator and microwave, new patio doors and light fixtures. Each Cottage Suite is lavishly furnished with leather, plush area rugs, ceiling fans and big, flat-screen T.V.'s.
